Asbad is reminiscent of an ancient civilization from our motherland, Iran. This perfume, which was launched in 2021 proudly by the Iranian company Shanaatar, this perfume, describes a historical masterpiece. When it comes to the history and civilization, the glorious name of Iran shines like a sparkling gem and narrates an ancient history, as old as history. One of the valuable historical monuments that shows the brilliance of this ancient civilization, is an amazing structure called” Asbaad”. Asbaads have a very simple appearance, but at the same time, they have a valuable and innovative technical and engineering feature that originate from the integration of art and architectural knowledge. In fact, Asbaad is a windmill that was first renamed to Asiaye Badi and then to Asbaad. From a long time ago, Iranians used to build mills based on the climatic conditions in which they lived to turn the wheat to flour and prepare bread(which was considered one of their main foods). Based on this, in the climate that was benefited from abundant water, all kinds of water mills (Asiab) was flourished, and in the place where the wind was prevailed, wind mills (Asbaad) was flourished. In a more precise definition, asbaad is a type of mill which the kinetic force is provided by the wind. Asbaads are one of the most important architectural structures in the desert region of Iran and one of the largest complexes of clay, mud and wood in Iran. Since the wind is the main factor in rotation of asbaads, the main region of their creation are windy areas. Therefore , Sistan region can be considered as it’s origion. In fact, the Asbaads of South Khorasan, which is considered a part of the native and sustainable architecture of this region, were built in order to utilize the wind power of one hundred and twenty days in Sistan. This Iranian perfume, which is also known as Masterpiece cologne, seems to have information about an ancient and mysterious treasure. A treasure left by the ancestors to preserve a valuable heritage.
